Direct bookings for small hotels, without the commission
Every direct booking is a guest you keep whole: no commission, and the relationship is yours. Here is what you need, and what to watch for.

What a good booking page does
- Shows live availability from the same calendar as your front desk, so what guests see is what you have.
- Takes a card payment or a deposit safely, paid straight into your own account.
- Shows the full price before the guest pays, with sales taxes and any municipal accommodation tax included.
- Works on a phone, in your guests’ languages, and for guests with disabilities.
- Sends a clear confirmation, with a link to change or cancel within your policy.
Watch for hidden costs
Many booking engines take a commission or a fee on each booking, on top of the monthly price. Ask three questions: is there a fee on each booking? A setup fee? A contract you can’t leave? A direct booking that still pays a share to software is only half a direct booking.
Where to put your link
- A “Book now” button on every page of your website.
- Your Google Business Profile, where many guests look first.
- Your Instagram bio and your Facebook page.
- Your email signature and confirmation emails, so returning guests book direct next time.
How TableFlow Hotels does it
Your booking page and website button are in every plan, from $149 a month for up to 15 rooms. We never take a commission on your bookings: card payments go to your own Stripe account. The same calendar runs your front desk, housekeeping and booking page. The booking page speaks English, French and six more languages, and is built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
